Morning Warrior

Energize your day and week with this dynamic vinyasa practice. Inspired by the elements - this class will focus on becoming grounded to the earth through balance, finding fluidity in our movements like water, igniting fire within ourselves by building heat, and focus on the air flowing in and out of our bodies. Unleash your inner warrior by increasing strength and flexibility but also train the mind to be at peace. Modifications will be offered - this class is suitable for all levels. Monday mornings. Times vary by season. 

Sunset Slow Flow

A slow vinyasa class where primary focus is on harmonizing breath and movement. Move through a series of strength and flexibility building postures in a mindful way. Challenge yourself to slow things down to really hone in on breath, technique and alignment. This class is suitable for all levels. Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m.

Beach Vinyasa

Use the  meditative sound of the waves to inspire fluid movements. A well rounded class with flowing and smooth transitions. Classes will consist of breath awareness, warm up, flow, cool down, and savasana (final relaxation). This is an all levels flow with modifications offered to students on all levels of their yoga journey. Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m 

Connecting to the Elements

This practice will center around connection to the elements of nature. A yoga practice on the beach embraces the perfection of imperfection. Connect to the earth, water, fire and air of the captivating beaches of Florida! Wednesday nights at 6 p.m. (beginning August 8th).
